We’re rolling out a new payouts infrastructure designed to support global creators, simplify earnings management, and unlock more flexible payout options over time.

This update lays the foundation for faster withdrawals, clearer balances, and built-in revenue splits — all while maintaining security, accuracy, and compliance as Fanfix continues to grow.

🌍 More Countries, More Options
- We’ve expanded our reach. If you are an international creator, you’ll find more local banking options and a much smoother onboarding process.

- Your new dashboard balances show what’s pending vs ready to withdraw.

- You choose how you get paid. Link your bank account and set up automatic recurring payouts on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence.

A New Foundation for Payouts

At a high level, we’ve rebuilt how money flows through Fanfix.

All payment information – including balances, withdrawals, and payout history – now lives directly within the Fanfix platform. This provides clearer visibility into earnings, enables support for multiple payout recipients, and creates a more flexible foundation for future payout features.

For creators and agencies, this means:

Clear visibility into earnings and payout status
Support for more countries and payout destinations
Built-in revenue splits instead of manual invoicing
A more flexible foundation for future payout features

Getting Started

Creators will be guided through payout setup directly in the Fanfix app, including:

Accepting payout terms
Completing required tax information
Adding a bank account for withdrawals

You’ll also be able to download payout statements and access additional resources directly from the payouts portal.

What’s Launching First

We’re rolling out the new payouts system in phases to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.

The initial rollout applies to new creators first, with additional creators added in a future phase.

You can start earning money immediately! There’s no need to set up payouts until you want to send money to your bank account.

🌍 Expanded Global Onboarding

Creators can now onboard and set up payouts in many more countries, with significant improvements for international creators.

If a creator has a supported bank account, they can be onboarded and receive payouts through the new system.

Creators can begin earning immediately — even before completing payout setup — with funds safely held until payout details are finalized.

💰 Clearer Balance Breakdown

Creators will see a more transparent view of their earnings, including:

Pending Balance – Funds that are being processed and will typically become available within 5 days
Available Balance – Cleared funds ready for withdrawal
Payout History – A complete record of all past withdrawals

This makes it easier to understand exactly where your earnings are at every step.

🏦 Withdrawals to Your Bank Account

Once funds are available, creators can withdraw earnings directly to a linked bank account.

Creators can still accept payments even if they haven't finished setting up payouts— withdrawals simply won’t be enabled until setup is finished.

🤝 Revenue Splits for Agencies & Management

Creators will soon be able to split earnings directly within Fanfix — eliminating the need for manual invoicing.

This includes:

Management or agency revenue splits
Automatic distribution of earnings based on agreed percentages

Agencies receive payouts directly through Fanfix, creating a cleaner and more transparent process for everyone involved.

🔗 Referral Earnings

Referral payouts will allow creators and partners to earn 5% of Fanfix’s platform fee when someone signs up using their referral code.

Referral earnings are tracked automatically and paid out through the same payouts system.

⚡ Instant Withdrawals

Instant withdrawals will be introduced shortly after the initial rollout, giving creators the option to access earnings immediately for a small convenience fee, like Venmo.
