🚀 Message Reactions and Locked Texts!

🚀 Message Reactions and Locked Texts!

We’re excited to roll out a fresh and improved Messaging UI that enhances communication between creators and fans. Below you will see a high level overview of our 2 new features for messaging as well as some UI updates.

😄 Reacting to Messages

A highly requested feature is finally here—message reactions!

  • Add a reaction to any message with a single click.
  • 🔄 Remove or change your reaction anytime.

This is a great way to acknowledge a message without needing to type out a full response.

✉️ How to Use Locked Text in Message Blasts

Creators can now add locked messages directly to their message blasts, giving you even more control over how you share exclusive content.

Here’s how it works:

When creating a new message blast, you’ll now see a section labeled “Add a Locked Message” just below the main message field. By default, it’s turned off—but with a simple toggle, you can enable it and write a second message that will be unlockable by fans for a set price.

You can also add media to the locked portion, and when fans pay the unlock price, they’ll gain access to both the locked text and any attached media.

It’s an easy and effective way to monetize your blasts while still keeping your main message visible to everyone!

👤 Enhanced Fan Profile Access (Creators Only)

Creators now have more insights and controls over their interactions with fans:

  • Click the three-dot menu (•••) at the top right of any conversation.
  • From there, you can:
    • View the fan’s profile.
    • Add the fan to a list for better segmentation.
    • Mark the conversation as a priority.
    • Mute the fan, mark the thread as unread, or block the user entirely.

📊 Fan Information Sidebar

On the right-hand side of your inbox, creators will now see detailed subscriber information at a glance:

  • 🔔 Subscription status
  • 🎯 Tier of membership
  • 💰 Lifetime revenue (carried over from the old design)

This allows creators to better understand and prioritize their fan communications.

📝 Internal Notes

Below the fan info panel, creators can now add private notes to individual conversations. Use this to:

  • Keep track of context
  • Log specific requests or promises
  • Set reminders for future follow-ups

These notes are visible only to you, not to the fan.
