We’re excited to roll out a brand new feature for creators — Limited Memberships! This powerful new option gives you the ability to cap the number of fans who can subscribe to a specific membership tier, letting you build exclusivity, generate urgency, and create that all-important FOMO (fear of missing out).

Why Limited Memberships?

Previously, all memberships were unlimited by default — meaning any number of fans could subscribe to any tier you created. While that’s great for accessibility, sometimes you want to make a membership feel special or exclusive. That’s where Limited Memberships come in.

How It Works

Here’s a quick walkthrough of how to set it up:

1. Log in as a creator, then head to your Memberships section.
2. You’ll see all your existing memberships. Existing tiers will show the label “Unlimited” by default.
3. To create a Limited Membership, either edit an existing tier or create a new one using a template.
4. Scroll down to the Membership Details section.
5. You’ll see a checkbox for “Unlimited”. Uncheck this box, and a new field will appear to let you enter a custom limit.

💡 Example: If you set the limit to 600, only the first 600 fans can purchase that membership.

As fans begin to claim the limited spots, you’ll see a counter showing how many have joined — for instance, "0/50" if you've set a limit of 50. Once the number of members approaches the cap, the counter will highlight in red, giving a visual cue that it’s nearly sold out.
