🔒 Introducing AI Content Moderation

We’re excited to share an important update to help make Fanfix even safer and smoother for creators.

Starting December 8th, we’re rolling out AI Content Moderation powered by Hive for Vault photo and video uploads. This new system adds an extra layer of protection by automatically reviewing content and catching anything that doesn’t align with our platform guidelines.

What this means for you:

Going forward, if a creator attempts to upload content that violates our guidelines, they’ll see a message stating the upload cannot be processed.

If an asset is incorrectly flagged:

• Please reach out to us directly in your agency Slack channel or to our support team at hello@fanfix.io and we’ll make sure it’s reviewed and approved as quickly as possible.

Our goal is to keep the platform safe, consistent, and compliant, while making sure agencies and creators still have a smooth workflow.
