We’re excited to roll out 1:1 livestream calls — a whole new way for creators and fans to connect. Whether you’re offering personal coaching, hosting private Q&As, or simply having a real-time conversation, 1:1 livestreams make interactions more intimate, valuable, and engaging.

🎥 Starting a 1:1 Livestream as a Creator
1:1 Livestreams let creators and fans connect in real time with video or audio calls. You can start one directly with a subscriber, or fans can request a call with you.
- Step 1 - Select a Fan
- Go to Messages and open a fan’s thread, or go to Community → Subscribers and select a fan.
- Step 2 - Set Up Your 1:1 Livestream
- Click the camera icon or 'Start 1:1', then choose video or audio, add a message, set the price, and decide if you want to allow tips.
- Step 3 – Send the Invite
- Click 'Start 1:1' to send your invitation — the fan will get a notification to join.
- Step 4 – Wait for the Fan
- You’ll see a waiting screen while the fan accepts and completes payment.
- Step 5 – Go Live
- Once the fan joins, you’ll be connected in a private call with options to mute/unmute, receive tips, and end the session when you’re ready.
🎉 How to Request a 1:1 Livestream as a Fan
- Step 1 - Open Chat
- Go to your conversation with the creator you want to connect with and tap the video camera icon (top-right).
- Step 2 - Request Call
- Tap the camera icon, select ‘Get a personal call,’ and you’ll see a banner confirming your request was sent
- Step 3 - Join Call
- If the creator accepts, you’ll get an incoming call screen. Tap 'Join' to enter.
- Step 4 - Pay to Join
- Review the livestream price and complete payment to join instantly.
- Step 5 - In the Call
- Once connected, you can tip, mute/unmute, and end the call when finished.
Requesting a 1:1 livestream is simple and seamless — giving you a direct, real-time way to connect with your favorite creators.
